A life broken in a few moments and many dreams left half.
Albanian Kevin Mustafa, 20 years old, died yesterday after a tragic accident in via Cesare Albisetti, in Terno d'Isola.
The motorcycle accident happened around 09:00 in the morning.
According to an initial reconstruction, the motorcycle driven by the 20-year-old collided with a Citroen.
Emergency services immediately arrived at the scene, but unfortunately efforts were in vain.
Kevin Mustafa was 20 years old and had arrived in Terno d'Isola when he was still very young, together with his Albanian father and his Ecuadorian mother, Fanny Mourera. The family had gone to live in a building in via Roma 23H, near the library. Kevin's parents separated almost immediately and the boy was raised by his mother.
"He was just one of us, he was in class with me in kindergarten, primary and secondary school, no one ever saw him as an immigrant," said a friend of his yesterday, gazing distantly at the point of the accident.
"He was a very quiet man, many times he was alone," adds another, writes Corriere Della Sera.
Kevin then graduated in mechanical engineering at the Marconi Institute in Dalmine and has worked in various companies, until recently he was a maintenance technician at Brembo.
"When I saw the boy, he had already fallen, ending up with his head on one of the wheels. The car was traveling at low speed and the woman behind the wheel braked immediately, but the impact was too violent. The boy fell very badly, his helmet broke. I immediately went down to help him and five or six other people also. We didn't touch him because his neck was in a bad position and we were afraid of making things worse, but we called 118. He was still breathing but with a lot of gasping," says Abdel Khachi, who was traveling in the opposite lane driving a truck to make deliveries to Calusco.
The victim's mother and his girlfriend, Federica, also arrived at the scene.
The police are working to clarify the full dynamics of the event.
