SPAK has demanded 15 years in prison for Bijan Pooladrag, the Iranian who is suspected of terrorist attacks in our country. Due to the abbreviated trial, 1/3 of the sentence is reduced, and in this way, SPAK requests a 10-year prison sentence for Bijan Pooladrag.
Bijan Poolagrad is a former resident of the Ashraf 3 Mujahideen camp in Manez.
Referring to the investigation file, he left the camp and rented a house. Investigators suspect that he, using a girl's cell phone, sent Iranian officials information about mujahedin who are in our country, photos and other information.
Investigators tracked down the girl from the frequent communications she had with numbers abroad.
It was later confirmed that her mobile phone had been given to her by Poolagrad to use. SPAK has brought several charges against him such as "performing services and actions with declared persons", "terrorist organization", "illegal interception of computer data", "interference in computer data", "interference in computer systems" and "misuse of equipment".
Pooladrag was handcuffed in October 2020 on suspicion of being an Iranian agent on a mission to spy on the Mujahideen group, an Iranian opposition organization currently based in Albania following its American-brokered evacuation from Iraq.
