Life has plunged him into so much suffering and trouble that he has been forced to survive.

A 33-year-old man has been identified by the Tirana police as a man who practices prostitution.

But not only that, he has turned into a nuisance to the neighbors with his indecent and unusual behaviors.

Local police sources in the capital, said, that the young man with the initials EE, was denounced by neighbors.

He is known as a resident accommodated by housing programs at the National Emergency Center, Tufina.

This citizen, according to the institutions unofficially, was sheltered in 2016, after being found in a street situation.

Asylum in Germany and the concern of neighbors

What the services of the municipality in the capital describe in the prostitution card is as follows.

"During his stay in the center, he received all the necessary psycho-social services and occasional support with assistance to meet the needs of NGOs and administrative unit number 5."

"Several times, this citizen has refused the work offered by various companies", - explain the specialists, who recall that psychologists have offered awareness sessions for polite behavior.

Police say that the suspect who practices prostitution, tried to create a new life, leaving Albania for three months and seeking asylum in Germany.

"After that, he returned and asked for the apartment near the center, where he referred to an incident with the employees who reported him to the Tirana police for threatening and damaging the property. However, despite his insistence that he would change, the social service has accommodated him again in the center ".

Police say they were informed of the prostitution by the young man, who put men in his room, where he was paid by them.

"We live next to the EE room, and he disturbs us at night, as we hear together with the children exclamations of a denigrating and shameful nature. "We have demanded accountability from the neighbor and he was justified in saying that he has sex for money and that this is a job for him", - the citizens declare to the police.

E vënë në dijeni nga inspektori që njoftoi eprorët, policia thotë se e thirri zyrtarisht 33-vjeçarin nga Tirana për t’i marrë një deklaratë.

Aty ai i pranon të gjitha, duke e bindur policinë se në të vërtetë duhet vënë para përgjegjësisë për ushtrim prostitucioni.

Ai e nis dëshminë e tij, duke kujtuar se u rrit në shtëpinë e fëmijës dhe duke qenë i lindur në një familje në vështirësi ekonomike, i takonte shumë rrallë motrat dhe vëllezërit.

Por për shkak se ata e kanë kuptuar që ishte pjesë e  komunitetit LGTB, “dhe për shkak se një familje nga veriu nuk i pranon këto gjëra, ata më mohuan dhe nuk ma hapën derën. Këtu nisën vështirësitë e mia”, - shprehet në polici E.E., që është nga një qytet verior dhe që për të ruajtur anonimitetin e tij,nuk e tregon vendlindjen.

“Nuk flas fare, as me motrën, as me vëllezërit prej kohës që kur ata e kuptuan çfarë isha. Prindërit më çuan në shtëpinë e fëmijës, pasi nuk na rrisnin dot dhe ishin të varfër”, - thotë i riu.

Sipas tij, pas jetesës në shtëpinë e fëmijës, ai u dërgua nga shteti në një konvikt, ku dhe ka qëndruar për rreth 7 vite.

“Për shkak se më paragjykonin dhe ndihesha i pamundur për ta marrë veten ekonomikisht, u largova në Gjermani. Por aty jeta nuk më eci mirë, ndaj dhe u ktheva në Tiranë”, - deklaron i riu.

Kur ai u kthye në Shqipëri, kujton se kërkoi strehë sërish pranë zyrave të bashkisë Tiranë.

Derisa iu mundësua një çati mbi kokë thotë se policia, e strehoi në një hotel ku dhe qëndroi për tre muaj.

“Gjatë kësaj kohe, krijova lidhje me një burrë nga Kosova, - thotë i riu. - Kur ngelesha keq për para, i kërkoja të dashurit. Ishte një lidhje e fortë për mua. Por kur i dashuri s’më jepte para, atëherë dilja dhe gjuaja meshkuj  dhe në hotel gjatë kësaj kohe, nisa punën duke çuar meshkuj në hotel. Të gjithë këta burra më paguanin. E bëj këtë gjë, se nuk më merr askush në punë”.

Policia e pyet, sipas burimeve, se si i siguron klientët dhe ai shpjegon.

“Dal në rrugë i veshur normal dhe duke ecur apo duke qëndruar në kafe, pyes si rastësisht djemtë dhe burrat: “A je për seks’? Nëse personi hesht, kuptoj se i interesoj, nëse acarohet, largohem me shpejtësi. Nëse pranon largohem përpara tij dhe e çoj në hotel R. Hotelin e paguan klienti, kurse unë marr 40 deri në 50 euro”, - i thotë policisë ai.

I riu shton se “të tjerët që i dalloj që nuk janë mirë nga paratë, pra nuk u del të paguajnë edhe mua edhe hotelin, i çoj në qendër”.

Ai vijon se, “ka pasur një rast, ku një burrë qe i dhunshëm me mua kur kreu marrëdhënie dhe më rrahu. Aty e morën vesh dhe të tjerët dhe punonjësi social më vuri kushte”.

"The owner of the factory fired me because he harassed me and did not want others to learn his tendency, so he also behaved badly," he told police.

According to sources, the police explain that they did not arrest the young man for the crime of prostitution.

The reason is that there is no place to send him to detention, while he is expected to be referred to the prosecutor's office on charges of prostitution, according to Article 113 of the Criminal Code./ Gazeta Si
