Intense overnight rainfall floods the "Besëlidhja" neighborhood in Lezha

Lezha

As predicted, heavy rainfall last night has become a serious problem for residents of the "Besëlidhja" neighborhood in Lezha.

The entire area has been flooded, making it difficult for hundreds of citizens to move around, who have had to deal with water at the entrances to their homes.

The Lezha municipality has announced that the situation will be resolved only after the completion of the project being implemented to treat white and black water in this neighborhood, an investment which - according to them - will eliminate repeated floods.

According to weather forecasters, similar rainfall and problematic situations are expected to continue in the coming days.
