Gjergj Luca adds to its inventory of state properties that the Government forgives thousands of square meters in Maliq.

According to a decision taken at Thursday's government meeting, Luca has benefited for 20 years on a 1 euro contract with the Sugar Combine in Maliq and surrounding areas on a total area of about 5 thousand meters/square.

The decision charges the Municipality of Maliçi for implementation, while this is not the first time the businessman close to the Government who benefits state property through the 1 euro rent.

In the past he has also taken the former military ward in Labinot Field in Tirana but rents 1 euro.

Here he built Fish City, while accused by the villagers of the area of embezzling property that benefited by law 7501 in the early 1990s.

Luca has also become famous for several videos on social media, one of which before last year's April 25th elections. In that video, he urged citizens to vote for him (meaning PS), as he was opening new jobs.
