In Tirana we are already used to seeing the most numerous and strange problems. But in a denunciation that has come to the editorial office of Vox News, the event goes beyond the limits of the ridiculous.
At "Rruga e Kavaja" near the Catholic Church, a fruit and vegetable merchant has decided to block the entrance to the palace by building a fruit and vegetable stall. Entrance for residents and businesses that are in this building? From what they can. Residents say in their complaint to Vox News that the person who built this stall is called Petrit Dodaj and to make the scandal even more serious, the construction of the stall is also without a permit.
Meanwhile, as seen in the floor plan of the palace, the door that has been built since the building of the palace is also clearly visible.

This construction has been reported to Police Station No. 2 and to the IMT of the Municipality of Tirana since a month ago, but no measures have been taken yet. What raises the suspicion that the police will not know about the residents' complaints, or worse yet, is compromised by the businessman who built the stall. As a consequence of the non-reaction of the authorities, conflicts degenerate into violence.
