Ibrahim Lici

The Prosecutor's Office of Shkodra forwarded the materials to the Ministry of Justice together with the request for the extradition of Ibrahim Lici.

The latter was arrested according to the Albanian Police last week in Turkey in connection with the murder of Endri Mustafa, while the family members claimed that the wanted man surrendered himself.

After that, it is expected that the Ministry of Justice will address the Turkish state with the official extradition request.

The Shkodra Court, in 2021, assigned Lic the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Premeditated murder" and "Unauthorized possession and production of explosive weapons and ammunition", since on 15.05.2021, it is suspected killed Endri Mustafa with a pistol.
