The partners of the company FINMAN SH.PK have had a serious conflict today after the meeting of the Assembly of the Company, which owns the shares of the companies Alb Star SHPK, Manastiri Resort, Arena Center SHPK and several other companies.

It is learned that the main partner of FINMAN SHPK, Idajet Ismailaj , and his son, Florid Ismailaj, together with bodyguards, have physically assaulted and threatened the life of the son of the company's other partner, Sokol Agalliu .

It is reported that the clash between the partners arose after Sokol Agalliu accused Idajet Ismailaj and his son of stealing another 500 million lek from the company's coffers.
