A man and a woman were shot and wounded, their daughter was injured. This is the balance sheet of an event that was as serious as it was absurd, which occurred on the morning of June 6 in the village of Gosë, Rrogozhina.

At the center of the conflict that left spouses S. Disha and N. Disha injured is their dog.

There had been ongoing conflicts between the suspected perpetrator, Shpëtim Osma, and the Disha family (neighbors) over the past few days.

But during the day, the fights escalated over the use of weapons.

Initially, the argument started about the Disha family's cattle, which had entered the neighbor's territory. In the midst of the argument, the head of the family, Disha, let loose the dog, which he kept to guard the cattle. Worried by the animal, Osma initially shot to kill the dog, but the bullets caught the Disha family members.

According to the alleged perpetrator's testimony, his intention was not to injure the neighbors, but to shoot the dog that he considered dangerous.

Three of the bullets hit the head of the family, S. Disha. One bullet hit his wife, while his daughter suffered scratches. The injured are in hospital, fortunately out of danger.

The suspected perpetrator, Shpëtim Osma, attempted to flee after being injured. However, the entire area was surrounded by police authorities and about two hours later he surrendered.
