Five floors without permits, hotel in Ksamil seized

At the request of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Saranda, the 'Central Park Premium Hotel' with five unauthorized floors in Ksamil was seized, as well as a building next to it, with one unauthorized floor of 52.2 m2, also in Ksamil.

Meanwhile, the security measure 'House arrest' was imposed on citizen KP.

These measures were requested by the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Saranda in the framework of the investigations into criminal proceedings no. 522/2025 for the criminal offense of "Illegal construction" provided for by Article 199/a-4 of the Criminal Code and "Abuse of office" provided for by Article 248 of the Criminal Code.

The Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Saranda is continuing to carry out investigative actions to identify and individualize responsibility for all citizens involved in this event.
