Scene from the scene

A difficult situation was recorded during the firefighting intervention in the Abaze neighborhood of Kruja, where residents of the area and emergency forces faced increased danger.

Due to the high temperature and burning forest massif, several large rocks have broken off the mountain and ended up on the road. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported from the incident.

The city of Kruja has been one of the areas most affected by fires this summer season. Over the last two days, the situation has been extremely problematic in Abaze and Boja where the flames have seriously threatened residential areas, leading to the evacuation of residents.

Residents and firefighters continue to work to extinguish the remaining active fires, with the aim of preventing the fires from reigniting during the night.

So far, the fires in Krujë have burned down significant areas of land, but fortunately there have been no injuries or damaged homes.
