Pëllump Pilinçi, a character who has been appearing throughout Albania and Kosovo for several weeks, as an important political personality, seems to have openly challenged Prime Minister Edi Rama.

Recently he was in Vlora, where he announced the new Albanian Government.

It is a government consisting of 13 ministers, thus declaring a 'rivalry' to Rama, who in turn is reconceptualizing his government and is expected to announce it in September.
