After Germany, another country recognizes Albanian patents

After Germany, another country recognizes Albania's patents. It is about the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Council of Ministers has approved today the decision for the mutual recognition of patents between the two countries. The decision enters into force immediately after its publication on the official website.

DECISION:

APPROVAL OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA, FOR THE RECOGNITION OF MUTUAL

Pursuant to Article 100 of the Constitution and Article 19, of Law no. 43/2016, "On international agreements in the Republic of Albania", on the proposal of the Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, the Council of Ministers.

VENDOSI:

Approval of the agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for the mutual recognition of driving licenses, according to the text attached to this decision.

This decision enters into force after its publication in the "Official Gazette"
