Journalist Elton Qyno debated with lawyers on the "Top Story" show this evening regarding SPAK's investigations into former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku and the lack of security measures regarding the discovered assets.
Qyno stated that Belinda Balluku and Ergys Agasi are the two most powerful clans in the SP that are clashing with each other, referring to them as "shadow deputy prime ministers."
Qyno then raised questions about SPAK regarding the investigations against Balluku, asking why prosecutors have not taken any security measures against her, while two secret villas have been discovered.
"Who are the most powerful clans? The most powerful clans are known to be there, Gysi was and Belinda, these two clans fight each other, because they are two shadow deputy prime ministers. This is the reality in Albania, that there are two shadow deputy prime ministers, it is known that they fight each other, because the two cannot go parallel. Or one must win and the other lose, because the two cannot go parallel. And they are both with security measures, with seizures and parallel issues. There a villa is discovered, there is no measure, another villa is discovered, there is no measure, another property is discovered, again there is no measure. Should SPAK address the Parliament for a measure against Belinda Balluku? She no longer has a measure from SPAK, she has been suspended from duty, but she is no longer deputy prime minister ," said Qyno.
