Altin Dumani, SPAK prosecutor, seems to be facing a head of the State Intelligence Service for the first time.

Before the file against Vlora Hyseni, Dumani also had a confrontation with the former head of SHISH, Fatos Klosi.

The two cases are different, but they have in common the involvement of the SHISH leadership in investigative processes pursued by Dumani.

In 2003, when he was a prosecutor in Tirana, Dumani investigated the former director of SHISH, Fatos Klosi, for abuse of office related to the administration of the institution's funds.

The case ended up in court, where the Prosecution requested Klosi be sentenced to a fine of 1 million lek. But a year later, the Tirana Court declared Klosi innocent.

More than two decades later, Dumani's name returns in an issue affecting the leadership of SHISH.

Vlora Hyseni, now former head of SHISH, is accused of supporting the perpetrator of the crime and leaking state secrets.

Vlora Hyseni's name was circled by prosecutors during the analysis of data obtained from the investigation of the "AKSHI" file, raising suspicions of favoritism by Hyseni towards businessman Ergys Agasi, arrested a month ago.

On behalf of the same investigation, ordered by the GJKKO, on Tuesday morning, searches were carried out in several premises in Tirana and Durrës, including the apartment of Ilir Proda, the former head of the State Police. In addition to the search, Proda gave statements for almost 2 hours at SPAK, a building from which he emerged in a not very calm emotional state.

In addition to the measure against Hysen and the search of Proda, the court ordered the arrest of the head of the Scientific Police Laboratory, Fatjon Kalluçi, and Embro Sulejmani. They are suspected of having damaged several film footage showing businessman Agasi while he was on the run.
