Analyst Andi Bushati describes today's operation of SPAK as a failure, where 32 arrest warrants were issued in Elbasan, Durrës and Tirana for cracking down on criminal groups.

Bushati said that it was known before that these arrests would be made today.

"I am not in the habit of having private conversations, but you and Baton were talking on different televisions and both presenters had told us that there would be arrests on Thursday. When we knew that there would be arrests on Tuesday, those who escaped remember that they would not know? So they fled, because it was a public secret that there would be arrests. "SPAK to make you look smart, it still seems to me asleep", said Bushati in the show "Shock" on "Euronews Albania", debating with Baton Haxhiu who considered today's operation of SPAK as successful .

Bushati said that none of the leaders of the criminal groups have been arrested.

According to him, for 9 years, since the Socialist Party took over the country, criminals have gone in an unsuspecting direction, adding that these can not be accidental.

"Today we have 9 years in power that criminals flee non stop in an unknown direction. There can be no talk of justice if a man who can be accused of ordering 30 murders is not in the cell today but may be in Dubai. "No one can believe that these escapes are accidental", declared Bushati.
