Nuredin Dumani could be considered as a "gold mine" for the Albanian justice, on the information provided for the Albanian criminal groups and the crimes registered over the years.
From his and Henrik Hoxhaj's testimonies, the murders of Elvis Dedaj and his mother, Fatmira Deda, events that took place in 2012 and 2013, have been uncovered.
According to the data from the investigative file, Elvis Deda was executed in an assassination attempt on June 5, 2012 in Golem by Duman's friend, Henrik Hoxhaj and Fatmir Qoli, declared wanted. Shots were fired at him while he was in his BMV with license plates AA 481 CT. The car of the perpetrators (Henrik Hoxhaj and Fatmir Qoli) was found abandoned after the event, while the victim Elvis Deda was also armed. Dedaj was wanted by Interpol and charged with international drug trafficking. His name was also listed in Belgium.
Fatmira Dedaj suffered the same fate as her only son. As she resisted the mafia execution of her son, a year later she was massacred in the garage of the palace in which she resided. The perpetrators ambushed her as soon as she tried to get out of the car, shooting her with heavy tools. She tried to escape from the clutches, but the perpetrators hit her with a screwdriver. The event was learned too late from the palace neighbors, while the sound of the trumpet of her vehicle, left to be met, drowned out her screams.
According to the testimony given by the penitents of justice, the perpetrator of Fatmira Dedaj's murder is Talo Çela. The reason for the murder was because Fatmira was seeking justice for her only son Elvis Dedaj.
