From the dismantling of the gangs after the testimonies of Nuredin Dumani and Henrik Hoxhaj, many murders recorded over the years have been uncovered.

One of them is that of Bujar Çela, Talo Çela's brother, today declared wanted by the Police. Sources for the media suggest that one of the executors was the citizen Besjan Xhixha together with another person declared wanted.

Besian Xhixha is suspected of being a paid killer. He is behind the cell, after he was arrested together with Enver Diva suspected of being the perpetrators of the murder of two brothers Besmir and Viktor Haxhia, in April last year in Durrës. The Haxhia brothers sheltered Talo Çela in their house, according to the relatives of the two brothers and Talo Çela himself in the interviews given to the media.

Bujar Çela, Talos Çela's brother, was killed in a firearm assassination on the morning of September 17, 2020, at around 05:45 in the village of Bradashesh in Elbasan, in front of a bar.

62-year-old Bujar Çela worked as a taxi driver without a license and was shot as soon as he got out of the car to sit in a bar. He was followed by the assassins, who at the time were said to be at least 2 masked persons.
