Until September 2017, Suel Key's fame did not go beyond Tirana. However, in this city he was a patron and confirmed this at the time the carving made near the fruit-vegetable market a police station.

Suel Key's troubles with justice date back to 2006, but in all cases so far he has managed to avoid the cell for a long time. The first crime he was charged with was the shooting at Roland Musta in Malaga.

Cela, then 20 years old and living in the same neighborhood, was arrested as suspicious in The Struga. Charges of premeditated murder and production and possession of combat weapons were brought against him.

At the scene, police found three shells from a firearm. At the same time, police also blocked phone cards and received testimony from residents of the palace and the neighborhood where the event took place.

But at the end of the review of the file stated the invalidity of the minutes of seizing material evidence, the invalidity of the review of a telephone card, the invalidity of the minutes of documenting the wiretaps, the invalidity of the statements of the victim's parents and other witnesses.

After that, Suel Çela was released to the courtroom, a decision that has been fiercely opposed by the victim's family.

Ndërkohë, edhe nipi i tij Florenc Çapja u arrestua në Dubai për të njëjtën akuzë. Ndaj Çapjave është hapur një tjetër dosje e vjetër për akuzën e vrasjes.

Me Çapjat e dobësuar dhe të ndodhur nën goditjen e vazhdueshme të autoriteteve ligjzbatuese, grupi i Çelajve, i udhëhequr nga Suel Çela kishin dorë të lirë në Elbasan.
