"I didn't sexually harass her, but..." the testimony of the
Alex Ago

The Korça Court has ordered the arrest of 45-year-old Aleks Ago , who is suspected of sexually harassing a 15-year-old from a village in Devoll.

It was the minor himself who, two days ago, together with his mother in the presence of a psychologist, reported the 45-year-old man to the Devoll police station, saying that he had touched him on several parts of his body.

According to the 15-year-old's testimony, this was the third time Aleks Agos attempted to lure him by offering him money.

The 45-year-old was immediately arrested by the police, while today the prosecution requested a prison sentence, which was accepted by the Korça court.

For his part, Aleks Ago has categorically denied his involvement in this situation.

He told the jury that he did not molest the 15-year-old, but claims that he helped him because his father passed away 5 years ago.

He said that they have distant family acquaintances and, knowing the problem, he tried to approach them to help them, either with money or food.

It will be the prosecution that will continue to investigate the case to uncover the entire incident.
