A serious event was recorded in the city of Burrel, where as a result of the fire, 5 apartments were burned.

According to the local police of Mati, they inform that first the fire started in one apartment and then the fire worsened in the other apartments, which had a common roof.

Initially, the fire was spotted by one of the residents, who alerted the other residents who came out of the apartments, where they then notified the fire department.

Although the fire brigade went to the scene, it was not able to save any of the houses, as the fire had spread rapidly.

In an interview, one of the owners of the burned apartment said that she does not know the cause of the fire. She called for help after saying she has her children out in the open.

"I went to work at 7:00 p.m. I left the children inside and when they called me the house was on fire. It happened from 6:30 to 7. The children were at their aunt's. I don't know what was the cause of the fire, I was only told that the apartments were burnt. Representatives of the municipality came last night. They told me today that I will come. We are asking for help to house the children.'- she said.

The 18 members of 5 families whose homes were burned down yesterday evening have spent the night with their relatives.

Despite the intervention of the firefighting forces, almost nothing was left of the flats, as they were burnt together with the furniture inside. The police are investigating the causes of the fire, it is thought to be an electrical spark in one of the apartments.
