Businessman Behgjet Pacolli, in a post on social media, implied that he had won the trial against his former partner, Valon Ademi, who had sued him in the Tirana Court.
After the Tirana Prosecutor's Office suspended the airport's actions, Paccoli says that as of today, Vlora airport has returned to institutional normality and legal order.
Pacolli emphasizes that operations at the airport will now continue normally, implying that justice has been served and that he has won from the clash with his former partner Ademi.
"Normalcy is returning to Vlora airport!"
The highest act of civic and patriotic responsibility is contributing to the family, society and state through honest, professional work and respect for the principles of justice. Justice, although often faced with challenges and difficult processes, remains universal and inevitable in its implementation.
It is a sense of pride for a citizen when justice in his country functions independently, uninfluenced, and sustainably.
"From today, at Vlora International Airport, institutional normality, legal order and trust are restored, thanks to justice!" writes Pacolli.
Behgjet Pacolli, owner of "Mabco Construction SA", started a clash in the courts, but also in the media, with his partner Valon Ademi, owner of 2A Grop, and the cause was the division of shares for the Vlora airport.
Valon Ademi, representative of the 2A Group company, initially had 2% of the shares in Vlora Airport. Meanwhile, after the withdrawal of the Turks, Yda, who sold their shares for 4200 euros, Ademi claimed that a contract was signed between him and Pacolli where 47% of the shares were transferred to him.
Adem's 2A Group sought to be recognized as a 47% shareholder, having in hand the contract, but also all the investment documents during these two years, while Pacolli's Mabco refused and decided as the main shareholder not to allow the change of shares.
