Former Prison Director Agim Ismaili appeared again today at SPAK.

The former prison official is under investigation by SPAK for three criminal offenses: illegal interception of computer data, committing acts within a criminal group, and criminal group.

The computer hacking was reported on March 12 of this year and within a short time, former prison official Zambak Gjoni and Arnold Rrokaj ended up in handcuffs.

The latter is the person who broke the computer security codes and passed the obtained materials on to Gjoni, who in turn passed them on to Ismailaj.

SPAK has attempted to make the first two, who continue to be held in detention, repent, but each of them has insisted that they entered the system out of curiosity and that they are not a group.

On what basis SPAK has expanded its investigations to include others, it will be understood when SPAK no longer considers this matter a secret that is currently being protected by a court decision that prohibits publication about the matter.
