The detail about the presence of Gentian Sharra has been revealed from the file of the Elbasan Prosecutor's Office. 

"The two deputy directors of the police were standing on the sidewalk and did not react urgently to clarify all the allegations. Early by the police for the event that took place in the agri-food market, Luan Tabako, Marjo Cela, MArsel Rroka, Elton Bodinaku, as well as Gentian Sharra, arrested by the operation "golden bullet" after the repentance of Nuredin Dumani.

From the observation of the security cameras, it turns out that initially there was a clash by Elton Bodinaku, who had a conflict and swearing with Erjon Demushi, part of the structure for the protection of the vote in the PD, who was filming the event by phone, and at the moment is approached the former RENEA staff member, Arbër Papleka.

Pjerin Xhuvani, according to the file, has entered between them to separate them and in these moments in his support have come Klement Xhaferi, Elton Bodinaku, who have started to clash and physically conflict with Arben Paplekan. At this moment, there was an exchange of fire, where Arbër Papleka used the weapon he was carrying with a permit, shooting in their direction, while in his direction two people were shot, who have not been identified yet ", - it is said in the file of prosecution.

Gentian Sharra's name is related to a series of robberies from 2011 until the robbery of Rinas in 2019. After his arrest, about 5 million euros of assets were seized from him. Gentian Sharra is also considered a close friend of one of the most wanted people in Albania, Talo Çela.
