The former mayor of Dibra, Muharrem Rama was summoned today to SPAK, where he was interrogated for reasons that still remain mysterious.

However, before entering the SPAK building, the journalist of the chronicle Anila Hoxha caught an interesting detail from the former mayor. As can be seen in the following photos published by the journalist, the former mayor Muharrem Ramma has a 2 thousand lek in his pants pocket, which is half out of his pocket.
