'In the wrong TIME and PLACE', the MAFIA assassinations that took the
Gledio Muka, Marcel Çela, Mimoza Paja and Erion Çela

Gledio Muka , 36 years old, and Marsel Çela , 47 years old, lost their lives tragically in the assassination attempt in Memaliaj, where Andrea Kalemi's father was the target.

Their only fault was that they were in the wrong time and place.

The young man Muka was working to provide income for the family, when Kalashnikov bullets poured into his body while he was serving two customers, Shyqyri Kalemi and Artur Kalemi .

It is suspected that 3 Kalashnikovs were fired at them, while some of the bullets hit the waiter in the face.

Shyqyri Kalemi and his brother were sitting at a table outside the bar in front of the Memaliaj Town Hall, when the perpetrators came in a black BMW and fired volleys in their direction.

The assassins achieved their goal, took the life of their target, but left behind even greater consequences.

Two innocent lives.

The customer Marsel Çela was drinking a coffee in the quiet of that evening.

He lived next to that bar, and in the usual cafe, he never thought that he could find death.

Unlike the waiter, he was sitting inside the bar when the bullets penetrated inside, killing him.

However, the bullets of mafia assassinations are not the first time that they do not spare the lives of innocent people, who have chosen to build their lives away from clashes between criminal groups, revenge and drug deals.

Such was the assassination of March 12, 2023, when the bartender  Mimoza Paja was mistakenly killed .

She was working in a bar in Don Bosco, she had taken her 10-year-old granddaughter with her, when Kalashnikov bullets were fired at the bar. 

The target was Fatjon Murati , who a few hours before the assassination had left for Pristina and from there to Turkey.

The woman died on the spot, the minor was injured by the glass shards and 5 others were injured.

Undoubtedly, that evening will remain in the memory of the only 10-year-old girl for the rest of her life, whose bullets took the life of her grandmother in front of her eyes.

By mistake, on January 4, 2022, Erion Çela was also killed  and 4 others were injured, from an assassination attempt ordered by Cassander Noga.

The target of this assassination was Geron Hasanbelliu , with whom Noga has been enmity for years.

Kassander Noga had been paying Kevin Suchi to kill his enemy for years, but the 24-year-old along with two other people confused the target.

This mafia assassination also took place in a bar in Don Bosco, while the bullets of the kalas took the life of 35-year-old Erion Çela by mistake .
