The Albanian Road Authority has informed the citizens that for 10 days it will divert the car traffic, because the works for the implementation of the project "Requalification of the road axes Eastern Ring Lot 3" will start.

According to the announcement of the ARRSH, it is learned that traffic will be blocked from the Farkë-Shkoze East Ring segment. Users of this segment will deviate from the main road at the Farka junction using the "Ali Shefqeti" and "Alajdin Frashëri" roads to the Shkoza roundabout and vice versa.

These changes will be in effect from July 16 at 08:00 and for 10 days after that date.

ARRSH announcement

Following the works for the implementation of the project "Requalification of road axes Eastern Ring Lot 3" and "Completion of works and connecting roads in the Eastern Ring Lot 2", according to the schedule of works, on 16.07.2022, at 08:00, will to start the works for the assembly of the overpass beams in Shkozë, as well as the asphalting works of the left and right carriageway of the main road of the Farkë-Shkozë road segment.

In order to carry out these works, it is necessary to block the Farkë-Shkoze Eastern ring road segment. Users of this road segment will deviate from the main road at the Farka junction using the "Ali Shefqeti" and "Alajdin Frashëri" roads to the Shkoza roundabout and vice versa.


At these detour points, temporary orientation signage for vehicle traffic will be placed. The performance of these works is expected to last about 10 days. We ask for the understanding of vehicle users and residents for this diversion!
