The new structure of the State Police is approved. One of the institutions that has undergone significant changes is the directorate of Tirana, where special sectors have been created so that the crimes that have increased in recent years have a higher efficiency in their prevention and investigation.

Now the Police Station of Kavaja will pass to Durrës, while Tirana will take the Police Station of Kruja. Vora will be known as Commissariat no. 7 and while Kruja as Commissariat no. 8. Practically, 2 police stations are added to Tirana. On the other hand, Farka will return to the police station from the post office.

A new structure called Unit C for cybercrime and one for computer examinations was also set up. A reorganization of the criminal police is also foreseen, where the police stations will be divided into police zones.

Even the narcotics sector has undergone some changes where the number of investigative officers has increased. On the other hand, economic crime will no longer have agents distributed in the field./Top News
