A minor who was shot in the head by his friend with a gun dies

A 17-year-old boy who was shot in the head on May 24 in Tirana, in the area known as Kamza's Bend, has died at the Trauma Hospital.

The young man was seriously injured in the head accidentally by his friend Rigels Sylaj, in the latter's apartment.

He was showing the gun to his friends while they were drinking alcohol and, without knowing that there were bullets in the pistol, he pointed it at the 17-year-old's head.

The young man was initially arrested for intentional grievous bodily harm, but it is now expected that he will be charged with a more serious charge.

In addition to him, two other friends were arrested and charged with actions that hinder the discovery of the truth.
