The Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla, was yesterday at the Vlora hospital to meet the 26-year-old, victim of violent sexual intercourse and incitement to the use of narcotics.

In a statement to the media, Balla said that the culture of impunity for gender-based violence will end.

But as it can be seen from the following video, Minister Balla, "mouth dropped", mentioned "the girl's name" even though it is an investigative secret.
