A serious incident was recorded in New York among Vatra members. The reason was an organized meeting with the Speaker of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla.

According to what the activist Agustin Mirakaj denounces, people in command have physically attacked him and his wife to prevent them from meeting.

"Notice to all Vatrani! Today, 10/21/23, Vatra's Manhattan Branch also participated in Vatra's meeting with the Speaker of the Albanian Parliament Lindita Nikolli. At the entrance of Vatra, commandos physically attacked and raped the head of the Vatra Manhattan Branch Agustin Mirakaj and his wife to prevent them from entering the meeting.
