An official of the Department of Urban Planning of Saranda Municipality was arrested this evening by the police on the order of SPAK.
Urban Planning official, Ariel Balani was initially accompanied to the Saranda police station and after the procedures that were carried out there, Balani headed for Tirana.
The reasons for the arrest of the Saranda Municipality official are still unknown.
