The court of Vlora has changed the accusation for the member of Delta Force, Lisjan Myrtaj, leading to his release. A member of the Delta unit was arrested on April 30 after clashes with firearms in the city of Vlora, fortunately without consequences for people.

The judge of the case, Enkel Peza, has imposed the security measure "Obligation to appear" against Myrtaj despite the request of the prosecutor, Albert Kulicajaj, who stated that investigations had been launched against the officer for "Attempted Intentional Murder", thus requesting the measure "Prison arrest".

How the driving happened:

“Më tha, hajde pak tek makina dhe më nxori armën. Makina ishte parkuar në një cep pallati për t’iu fshehur kamerave. Kur u afrova, më nxori pistoletën që e mbushi dhe filloi të më shajë. Në momentin që pistoleta u shkrep, u bllokua apo shkrehu nuk kuptova mirë, nxora armën për vetëmbrojtje. Qëllova nga pjesa e poshtme, brenda rregullave si uniformë policie. Juxhini po tentonte të qëllonte kur po largohej me vrap, qëllova dhe unë disa herë. Nuk u largova nga vendi i ngjarjes, prita patrullat e policisë që të më merrnin dëshminë. Ju shpjegova ngjarjen dhe rrugën nga u largua Juxhin”, ka deklaruar më herët efektivi.
