The testimonies in the Police, about the execution of the 51-year-old Petrit Vuksani inside his apartment in Shkodër, by his relative, Lekë Vuksani, who lived on rent in the victim's apartment, have been clarified.

In front of the investigative group, the author Lekë Vuksani stated that he knew the victim as they are both from Dukagjini, as he admitted that they had conflicts about the rent payments, but also about the electricity and water payments.

On the day of the crime, Lekë Vuksani says that Petrit Vuksani took him out of the house on the day of the crime, when he returned he found him alone in the apartment and they argued. He says that he found the machine gun in the apartment and that it belonged to Petri Vuksan.

Lekë Vuksani has accepted the authorship of the murder and the debates, but without signing his testimony.

"We are familiar with Petriti because he is also from Dukagjini. I rented his house since it was in England. In recent months, we have had several debates about the rent of the house, but also about water and electricity payments. On the day when the murder happened, Petriti came and took me out of the house. I came back and found him alone. We argued there, and in the ongoing argument I found an automatic that is not mine, but Petrit's. In the ongoing argument, I took the gun and shot him", the suspected author of the murder is said to have said in the free conversation with the officers.

Despite the claim that the crime weapon belongs to the victim, the police have evidence that the suspected perpetrator brought the weapon with him and that it was his.

In the meantime, it is learned that the brother of the suspected author cooperated with the local police of Shkodra from the very beginning because the brother of the author has a close friendship with the brother of the victim.

"I have known Petrit, but I also know Petrit's brother and I am a good friend of him. I was not at all aware of the murder that my brother would commit because if I had known, he would have done his best to prevent it. I am very sorry for what happened because I was friends with the victim's family", declared the brother of the suspected perpetrator of the murder.

Një dëshmi ka dhënë edhe gruaja në të cilën shkoi pas vrasjes shtetasi Lekë Vuksani. Autori i dyshuar i vrasjes e njihte atë zonën sepse më përpara në një shtëpi përballë kishte qëndruar me qira vëllai i tij. 34-vjeçari sipas dëshmisë së gruas pasi është futur në banesë me armë në dorë i ka thënë se nuk të bëj asgjë.
