The murder of Dorian Duli had become one of the primary tasks of the "Bajri" group in Shkodër.

Duli was regarded by them as a potent and dangerous friend of the Lici family, who could use him against members of the "Bajri" group.

This has led to the contracting of several people to kill Dorian Dulin, among whom was Nuredin Dumani.

In a conversation held in February 2021, between Nuredin Duman and Bardhyl Mavraj alias Bajri, the latter asks Duman for a meeting in Albania, with the aim of talking face to face about this work.

During this time, Duman was hiding in Kosovo and could not come to Albania, as he was wanted by the Police and the Prosecutor's Office.

Meanwhile, their communication continued through the " Sky " application, exchanging information about the type of car, a "Golf 7" R32 driven by Dorian Duli and Genc Tafili.

Sipas bashkëbisedimit Nuredin Dumani, pranon të takohet me Bardhyl Mavraj, por pasi të kishte kryer vrasjen e Dorian Dulit dhe atëherë sipas Dumanit takimi do bëhej njësoj si Ismail Qemali dhe Isa Boletini.

“…po mo vlla do takojm…por thashë takoj si Ismail Qemali me Isa Boletinin me flamur në dor, ta kisha hek këtë kuçkën…Dorin…e të vij në takim me faqe të bardhë…”- i shkruan Nuredin Dumani, Bardhyl Mavraj, djalit të xhaxhait të Behar Bajrit.

Gjithashtu në datën 17 shkurt 2021, Bardhyl Mavraj i shkruan Nuredin Dumanit, duke i shpjeguar se duhej të ishte korekt me të, pasi për vrasjen e Dorian Dulit, ka aktivizuar edhe persona të tjerë.

Mavraj i shkruan:”…shife që të jena korret se janë dhe nja 2 grupe tjerë me e kry atë punë dhe po e kryve i pari, veç më thuj 3-4 dit para dhe të baj lekët gati dhe me e kry dhe një borxh ta kam…”.

Në vazhdim Nuredin Dumani i shprehet se kërkon të bëj një punë të pastër duke mos lënë dyshime tek personi që do i japë informacionin e do e nxjerri në prit të cilit i referohet me “miku”, dhe që dyshohet se “miku” është përdoruesi Sky me nofkën “Sakati”.

Ai dërgon mesazhet: ”…vëlla mos u mërzit për atë punë se tu punu jam e mys që sonte po dua, por dua ta bëj tamam që mos i ngelet belaja mikut ton që na e qit në pritë….as buka që ha dhe fryma që marr do ta myll unë atë pun rri i qet nga kjo pjes….ja po qe se ke ven njerëz mrapa objektivit, atëherë mos të bohemi lomsh, ta kryjnë kush ta ket ma mirë e ma kollaj. Mua s’mundet të më garoj kush, as un garoj me njeri. Unë s’po e boj për lek këtë pun vllai, të kam thanë që në fillim unë stë bona pazar fare, që do të thotë se boj për lek. Ok çunat ta marin nji lek se gjyna po bëjn punën. Nejse un ça të kom than, do ta mbaj deri sa kem frymë…”.

In fact, Dorian Duli was put on the cross by Nuredin Dumani, but the latter was trying to commit the crime in a sophisticated manner with the intention of not creating problems for Aleksandër Baho alias "Sakat".

"Sakati" would invite Dorian Dulin to his house, in order to have lunch, and in the wake of this murder plan, he would turn off the security cameras of the house.
