Lawyer Ylli Manjani has severely criticized SPAK regarding the way it conducted the investigations for the incinerators.

Manjani said this evening in "Top Story" that SPAK has conducted scandalous investigations for incinerators.

Manjani pointed out that SPAK is behaving like a firefighter of cast fires, following populist investigations, while he emphasized that fragmenting the investigation of the case is dangerous.

Manjani highlighted another contradiction in the investigations by SPAK regarding Mirel Mërtir. He said that SPAK accuses Mërtir as the actual owner, a term unheard of in jurisprudence.

Manjani further stated this evening in "Top Story", that the creation of incinerators was not only intended for the primary function, but was also used as a strategy to hide many political and commercial battles between politicians in power at that time.
