Following Prime Minister Edi Rama 's statement today that the issue of the suspension of Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku by the Constitutional Court would be appealed to the Constitutional Court, action is now being taken by the Prime Minister's Office.

The Prime Minister's Office has taken the matter to the Constitutional Court, thus challenging the decision of the Special Court.
