The person you see in the photo above is the citizen Klodian Kapedani from Kavaja, arrested yesterday by order of SPAK, after being accused of buying and selling votes in the local elections of May 14.

The candidate Fisnik Qosja managed to win the elections in Kavaja on May 14, with a close result against the candidate of the Socialist Party, Redjan Krali.
