The judge of the GJKKO of Appeal, Ilirjana Olldashi, ordered "prison arrest" for the late Enver Sheshi.

Sheshi had presented the health reasons to the GJKKO of Apeli, but it was rejected by Olldashi.

Enver Sheshi suffered cardiac arrest yesterday in Prison 313 in Tirana.

He was once convicted for evading with the incendiaries, but was re-arrested for the same case.

The relatives of the deceased will report the judge of GJKKO, Ilirjana Olldashin, for unfair actions towards Sheshi.

Enver Sheshi was not a criminal, if he was accused of evasion he could be tried in a free state.

But who is the judge Ilirjana Olldashi?

Ilirjana Olldashi is the judge described as "kamikaze of justice" for the dubious and illegal decisions she has often made.

One of the most egregious decisions was the one a short time ago, when Iliriana Olldashi decided to accept the request of the SPAK Prosecutor's Office, to place the server of a media under seizure, after the editors discovered the scandal of the "patronazis of the Socialist Party".

Olldash's decision turned into one of the darkest points of Albanian justice , since the Strasbourg Court, in an urgent and unprecedented decision, asked the Albanian authorities to withdraw from the decision to seize the journalists' work tools.

But this is not the only case.

Some time ago, she was at the center of a scandal that was published by the investigative show "Stop" , who accused the much-talked-about judge of blackmail and pressure on journalists who denounce government scandals and people connected to power.

On that occasion, Olldashi called as a witness the journalist/co-worker of the editorial office, who denounced a case of corruption of the Medicine lecturer, Besnik Faskaj.

The subject of the investigation is the brother of the senior police official, Idajet Faskaj, and the brother-in-law of the member of the Independent Qualification Commission (Vetingut), Alma Faskaj.

The leaders of the show "Stop" considered Olldash's request a kind of blackmail and pressure on journalists, making it clear to the judge that the evidence against Besnik Faskaj is "by voice and image", when he was caught taking 150 euros from a student for give it a passing and good grade.
