Just a few minutes after the court's decision that blocked any action by the company " Mabco Constructions SA " at Vlora airport, Behgjet Pacolli reacted.
Through a status on social networks, Pacolli writes that the airport is being completed within the contractual deadlines, taking care to praise the aesthetic vision of the Prime Minister, Edi Rama .
Behgjet Pacolli's post:
WHAT IS THIS COORDINATED CONSPIRACY IN ALBANIA AGAINST MY NAME,
Right now that the airport construction is coming to an end?!
What are these insults? Who is orchestrating this smear campaign and why? I, besides trying to protect my property,
I have not given any interviews and have not initiated any legal proceedings that would serve as a cause for gossip.

It seems clear that someone else is dealing with these processes, while to date I have not been invited by anyone to give either my testimony or my explanations.
I am no longer ready to compromise on what is mine,
but I will never accept anything that does not belong to me.
I have made my honest contribution, with hundreds of millions of euros in investments, coming 100% from my personal assets, documented and guaranteed with my private funds and collateral.
Not a single public penny — everything came from my work, faith, and sacrifice.
Facts, documents, and God are witnesses to my good intentions.
I want to leave a legacy in Vlora.
knowing full well that this
investment will be difficult to recover.
But one thing is certain:
I can no longer stand this injustice, where my name, dignity, and investment are being tarnished!
I will confront these organized attacks with the truth and facts in hand .
In a comment below his status, Pacolli emphasizes that in recent days, sponsored articles, rumors, and conspiracy theories have been circulating in the media from people whom Baca Behgjet says he has cut off his "tag" due to abuse.
" In recent days, sponsored articles, rumors, and conspiracy theories have been circulating from individuals whose "taxhine" I have cut off due to the evident abuses they have committed."

"I firmly believe that justice will act impartially and legally, doing its duty as it should ," adds Pacolli .
Pacolli's reaction comes after news of a decision by the Tirana Court, which decided to block any possible action against the concessionaire of Vlora International Airport.
According to the decision, the Tirana Court has accepted the submitted request and has taken the measure of securing the lawsuit against the Company " Vlora International Airport - VIA" SH.PK , suspending any decision planned at the General Assembly of Partners, which was scheduled to be held on October 20, 2025.

Also, based on the decision, the voting rights of the majority shareholder, the company "Mabco Constructions SA", are suspended until the registration of the contract for the sale of 49% of the capital shares of the company VIA sh.pk, transferred on April 3, 2025 to the buyer "2A Group" sh.pk.
