A citizen reports to Vox News that the "Kika 2" residential complex, located in the Paris Municipality area of Tirana, has been without electricity for about an hour.

According to OSHEE, the power outage was due to a defect in several cabins of the complex (the feeder went down), while teams are on the ground working to restore the electricity supply.

The outage on a holiday and also with low temperatures, makes electricity necessary for heating and meeting the basic needs of the families residing in this complex.

OSHEE informs that the situation is being monitored and power is expected to be restored as soon as the technical interventions are completed.
