Ora News has secured the complete testimony file of 31-year-old Habib Rexha, the author of the revenge murder of 48-year-old Arian Gosa in Kavajë last Sunday, May 21.

In his testimony before the prosecutor and OPGJ, provided by Ora News, he states that a month after his brother's murder, he and his family left for Italy. His family members returned on May 1, while he returned on May 5.

Habib Rexha:  I want to tell you that the late citizen Arian Gosa has spoken in Kavaja and in the neighborhood where we live that "I will kill the Maloks, I will not leave you here".

He has shown that he felt scared by Arian Gose's words.

Habib Rexha : I felt scared and anxious that any of my family members could suffer the fate of Altin Rexha. I went to Kukës and at the border I contacted a Kosovar citizen whom I do not know and I asked him to find me a firearm and he provided me with a TT type pistol which I bought for 200 euros. On 21.05.2023, after staying until 16.00-17.00 at my brother Artur Rexha's work, I took my Volswagen Tuareg car, gray in color, with license plate "AA488MC" and went to the bar where the incident happened. Meanwhile, I had the pistol with me in my camouflage jacket and I had it loaded. I got out of the car and went to the steps of citizen S. O's bar, where I noticed that citizen Arian Gosa was accompanied by another person whom I did not know.

Then I fled to Kukës by bus, I stayed until today and I decided to come and surrender. I came to my brother Artur Rexha's house, I changed my clothes, we notified the head of the Kavaja Police Station and I surrendered to him and the police officers. I want to tell you that I never had in mind to kill the citizen Arian Gosa, we waited to reconcile but since he had spread the words you said above and in the two cases we met by chance, he threatened me, I thought he would kill either me or my brothers as his brother did to Altin, so for that reason I killed him. I am now very sorry, but I did it out of fear of losing other family members.

Habib Rexha: Dua të ju them se atë ditë para se të vija në Kavajë mua me sheh një shok rastësisht në Luz të Madh i cili quhet Ervis Kurti dhe më ka pyetur se nga po shkon dhe i thash qe "po dal një xhiro për qejf në Kavajë, a do vish për kafe dhe po munde merr dhe makinën pasi ti e di që skam patentë e mos na ndaloj kot policia". E ka marr makinën Ervisi dhe unë kam qenë pasagjer. Kemi hy në Kavaje dhe i kam thënë Ervisit parkoje makinën se do shkoj të blej ca libra tek një kancelari e cila është përballë me lokalin ku ndodhi ngjarja. Kam hy në kancelari kam blerë librat parashkollorë  dhe kur kam dalë nga kancelaria kam vënë re shtetasin Arian Gosa në një lokal përballë. Kam shkuar tek lokali dhe ndodhi ngjarja që ju sqarova më sipër. Shoku im nuk ka qënë në dijeni të veprimeve që kam bërë, madje un u ktheva më pyeti që cfarë pate që po të merret fryma dhe i thash asgjë po hajde ikim ta pimë kafen në Durrës.
