The Supreme Court has decided not to accept the appeal filed by Jamarbër Malltezi, leaving the security measure "house arrest" in effect.

Malltezi, the son-in-law of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, had requested the revocation of this measure, but his request was rejected.

Malltezi is accused of the privatization file of the former "Partizani" sports complex in the capital and has been under various security measures since the start of the case.
