Barcelona is building a new stadium and "a hand" in the process is being given by workers from Albania. However, this afternoon around 3pm at camp nou site there was a clash between workers from Albania and Romania.

SER Catalyna journalist Anna Punsi says cold weapons were used and that all involved were fired.

This is not the first clash between camp nou workers as another took place in May when those involved were carrying weapons, with police having to intervene.

"It was a fight between Romanian and Albanian workers. They were operators of a subcontractor company. The safety of the works and the site is in the hands of a private security company employed by the construction company" writes the journalist.

The renovated Camp Nou stadium is expected to open in a limited capacity in March 2025.
