A serious event was recorded this Monday afternoon in the city of Shkodra. A 30-year-old man approached on a bicycle where a group of children were standing and fired a pistol at them.

The event took place near the "28 November" school, near the place called "Lapidari".

Fortunately, the bullet did not hit any of the children, as it ended up in the back of an air conditioner in a nearby bar. As soon as the children spotted the person, they quickly left.

According to the sources, this person hit one of the children with the butt of the pistol. Just as he arrived on a bicycle, the person left.
