For several months, the RENEA special forces have been conducting successive operations in the district of Elbasan for the capture of the much-wanted Talo Çela. The most recent operation took place this Monday evening.

According to ABC, during the August-September period of 2021, the RENEA forces were alerted that the much-wanted Talo Çela was hiding in an apartment of a well-known person in the city of Peqin, but even after the control exercised there, they came up "dry hands" again.

This has led to a fierce clash between the leaders of RENEA and the leaders of the Peqin police station, where there have been accusations against the latter for debunking the information.

According to ABC, which quotes a source from the law enforcement, there was a very violent confrontation, almost a physical fight, between the leaders of RENEA and those of the Beijing police, after the most wanted man was informed of the operation and left the apartment.
