The judicial process against Erjon Alibej, accused of being the organizer of the murder of Emiljano Ramazan and Rigers Runaj in Elbasan, has reached a deadlock after the testimony of Henrik Hoxhajt, an associate of justice arrested together with Nuredin Duman.

In Monday's session, the lawyer of another repentant, Juliano Hoxha, asked to administer the testimony of Henrik Hoxhaj, who showed that Ramazan's murder was committed by Skerdi Tase and he played the role of the driver.

According to Hoxhaj, the murder was organized by Nuredin Dumani, while Erjon Alibej was the orderer.

But Euglen Halili and Xuljano Hoxha claim otherwise, who have shown that they committed the murder at the behest of Alibej.

Monday's session has been postponed and will be held on September 6, to allow time for the lawyers to administer Henrik Hoxhajt's testimony, reports abcnews.

The murders of Emiljano Ramazan and Regis Runaj were revealed by the Prosecutor's Office of Elbasan after the arrest of Euglen Halil and Julian Hoxha, who, after cooperating with the justice system, declared that they had committed the murder of Ramazan and then Regis Runaj on orders from Alibej.

Then the file was transferred to SPAK and according to the investigators after the arrest of Erion Alibej, evidence was obtained that he was the one who ordered the murder of Regis Runaj and Emiljano Ramazan, as revenge for the murder of his brother Endrit Alibej at the end of December 2018.
