The Regional Directorate of AMP Vlorë has executed the decision of the Court of First Instance Vlorë, which has assigned security measures to 5 police officers in the Urban and Interurban Traffic Sector in DVP Vlorë.

The Court of First Instance of Vlorë has decided the security measure with a preventive character "Suspension of the exercise of a duty or public service", therefore;

1. Inspector Renols Mataj, with the duty of service corps in the Urban and Interurban Traffic Sector in DVP Vlora.

2. Inspector Armir Xhafaj, with the duty of service corps in the Urban and Interurban Traffic Sector in DVP Vlora.

3. Inspector Endri Kasaj, with service corps duty in the Urban and Interurban Traffic Sector in DVP Vlorë.

4. Inspector Taulant Kasa, with service corps duty in the Urban and Interurban Traffic Sector in DVP Vlora.

The Court of First Instance of Vlorë has decided the coercive security measure "Compulsion to appear before the judicial police" against the former police officer;

5. Medin Çanaj, former police officer in the Urban and Interurban Traffic Sector in DVP Vlorë.

From the investigation carried out in the framework of this criminal proceeding, it was managed to document with legal evidence that these citizens, in several different cases, received sums of money in order not to evidence the violation of road traffic rules by the citizens, by not imposing administrative measures, with the purpose of obtaining sums of money, as well as falsified the data recorded by the radar in violation of the law, resulting in considerable economic damage and violation of the legitimate interests of the state.
