Three Albanians have been arrested during an anti-drug operation in Italy, where a large quantity of 172 kilograms of cocaine was discovered.
The operation was carried out by police in Bologna and Modena after on February 6, near an industrial area of Rubiera, police arrested three Albanian citizens, two of them brother and sister (born in 1997 and 2004) and a third citizen born in 1982, all without criminal records.
During the surveillance, police officers noticed a stopped truck, whose driver carefully handed the two brothers a heavy yellow envelope. At that moment, the police intervened, who arrested the three.
The cocaine was found hidden inside the truck, divided into packages with a total weight of 172 kilograms. What stands out is that some of the packages of cocaine have the logos of the Tirana football club.
