Former Deputy Director of Durrës Police, Bujar Deliallisi , has given his testimony in court regarding the assassination attempt on former prosecutor Arjan Ndoja in 2019.

The witness was asked by prosecutor Adnan Xholi if he is currently employed and what position he holds.

Deliallisi emphasizes that he participated in the arrest of Ramazan Rraja , a well-known name in Albanian justice.

Prosecutor: Can you tell us whether you are employed or not?

Deliallisi: I am the deputy director for criminal investigation in Durrës. I participated in the operation to arrest Ramazan Rraja.

Asked by the prosecutor what resulted during the operation, Deliallis said:

"We intervened in the Kruja field area. During the intervention, there were 30 forces, we went inside, 2 armed people were found. Ramazan Rraja and another one, I don't remember his name, but he was wanted by the Elbasan Police"

Plaurent Dervishi, who is accused of organizing the assassination attempt on prosecutor Ndoja, addressed the witness with the words: I'm worried that you won't be upset that you came to court.

At this moment, the court intervened, drawing Dervish's attention.

Meanwhile, SPAK claims that Ramazan Rraja, along with his cousin and other persons, organized the assassination attempt against prosecutor Arian Ndoja on November 1, 2019.

The driver Andi Maloku was killed in the attack, and Landi Muharremi " Rrumi i Shijakut " and the former Durrës prosecutor, Arjan Ndoja, were injured.
